Tribewanted beats MySpace to win ‘Best Social Network’

This week the British Digital Media Awards where announced, in the heart of London. Tribewanted was entered in the ‘Best Social Network’, alongside the popular MySpace and E4 with their Skins series. And, yes, Tribewanted won!

This is absolutely fantastic news for everyone involved, but for me, it is something really special. When I came up with the idea of Tribewanted my passion was to see whether people could be brought together online, with their skills and experiences, in order to do something that has a positive offline reality to it. It is personally a huge encouragement for me to see that the industry has recognised the very reason that Tribewanted was created and, what’s even more, is that we beat MySpace. This is very encouraging!

As you know, I am working hard, on my next project with thenerve.tv and I hope that it will be as equally successful!

Nice work on beating myspace. It’s great to see one of your ventures is doing extremely well. I’m really chuffed for you. Especially how long we’ve known each other, from the beginning It’s so good to see how people like yourself keep going and achieve more and more each time.
