That is right! Over a year ago Kyle MacDonald became an internet celebrity when he successfully traded oneredpaperclip for a house in Canada - millions of people hit the website and it gained him a global book deal, it was one of the most talked about internet adventures of his day. However, after living in the house for a year, it seems like Kyle MacDonald and his wife are after a whole new adventure and they have decided to trade the very houses that they previously got!
Anyone in the world has until has up until July the 14th to put an offer in - so, what have you got to trade, you never know!

Ian Duncan puts his life4sale on ebay!
Under The ramblings of a creative consultant | Leave a Comment
Every now and then an internet adventure really captivates me - right now I am transfixed by Ian Usher, a guy who was originally from my home city of Liverpool, moved to Australia and three years ago he got divorced, now he is selling his life on the internet! That is right, his house (three bedrooms, jacuzzi, cinema room), his jetski, everything in the house, even his job. Ian is selling everything but one pair of clothes that he will walk out in, his passport and his wallet. Ian will then get on the first seat on the first available plane.
I am in two minds about this idea, there is nothing necessarily genius about it, however, from a business point of view it is very clever! It could have taken this guy some time to sell his house and, on the housing market he would have usually been offered an amount lower than the asking price! There is such a buzz surrounding what Ian is doing and, once again, it is another story that is getting in the media quite literally, around the World. The ebay auction started on Sunday the 22nd June and will last for 7 days. At present the bids on the auctions stand at $300,000 + (AUS) - incredible.
This is certainly one to watch: www.alife4sale.com
This week the British Digital Media Awards where announced, in the heart of London. Tribewanted was entered in the ‘Best Social Network’, alongside the popular MySpace and E4 with their Skins series. And, yes, Tribewanted won!
This is absolutely fantastic news for everyone involved, but for me, it is something really special. When I came up with the idea of Tribewanted my passion was to see whether people could be brought together online, with their skills and experiences, in order to do something that has a positive offline reality to it. It is personally a huge encouragement for me to see that the industry has recognised the very reason that Tribewanted was created and, what’s even more, is that we beat MySpace. This is very encouraging!
As you know, I am working hard, on my next project with thenerve.tv and I hope that it will be as equally successful!
